Time Warner Cable Metro Sports to Provide Wall-to-Wall Coverage of Kansas City Chiefs 2012 Training Camp

Kansas City (July 25, 2012) – The Kansas City Chiefs report to training camp in St. Joseph, Mo. Thursday, July 26, and Time Warner Cable Metro Sports will be there with the team throughout camp covering all the action!
From the team’s arrival on Thursday to the final day of training camp on August 16, Metro Sports will be on-site to cover every Chiefs practice and media availability, and anchors Dave Stewart, Leif Lisec, Brad Porter, Mick Shaffer, Kennetra Pulliams and Chris Gough will bring viewers reports from camp each night at 10 p.m. on “Metro Sports Zone.”

In addition to the daily Chiefs training camp reports, Metro Sports will broadcast four episodes of “Red Zone,” the station’s bi-weekly Chiefs program, live from St. Joe. “Red Zone” will originate from Chiefs training camp on July 31, August 7, August 14 and August 16 and will feature interviews with Chiefs players and coaches and analysis from former Chiefs Bill Maas and Danan Hughes. 

In addition to the non-stop training camp coverage, Metro Sports will also provide viewers with extensive coverage of the Chiefs four preseason games, which will kick off on August 10 against the Arizona Cardinals.
