With Halloween just around the corner, Time Warner Cable is helping area children stay safe for trick or treat. The local cable provider is offering free reflective trick or treat bags to children. The bags also offer tips to parents for the annual Halloween event.
The bags are available while supplies last during regular business hours at Time Warner Cable offices in Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Celina and Delphos.
