      New York, NY - January 31, 2006 - The following executive appointments have been made at Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey:

      Charles Garabedian has been named Vice President, Call Center Operations. He will oversee the customer call center operations for Staten Island, Hudson Valley and New Jersey and has responsibility for inbound sales and retention for the company. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Garabedian served as Senior Director, Call Center Operations, Comcast in Southern New Jersey. He was associated with Time Warner Cable's customer service department from 1987-1996.

      James Hickey has been promoted from Manager to Director, Private Networks in Commercial Sales handling data services. At Time Warner Cable since 2002, Mr. Hickey came to us from Nortel Networks where he served as Account Manager.

      Anna Zacchea has been promoted from Manager to Director, Non Technical Training in the Learning and Development Department. Ms. Zacchea has been associated with Time Warner Cable since 2000.
