Steve Myers, a Senior Service Technician for Time Warner Cable, was presented with the Grand Ace Award from Time Warner Cable’s Mid-Ohio Division.  The Time Warner Cable Grand Ace Award is given each year to those who have demonstrated exceptional performance in their daily job and for outstanding customer service.

Over the past year, Mr. Myers has received many letters of thanks and recognition from Time Warner Cable customers and co-workers.  He has also demonstrated excellent quality in job performance and a tremendous understanding of Time Warner Cable products and the ever changing technology needed to support these products.

Also with the award, Mr. Myers will be receiving an all expense paid trip to Puerto Rico and a monetary award.   Mr. Myers has worked with Time Warner Cable since September 2001 in the Wapakoneta and St Marys service area.  He has been married to his wife, Kim, for 20 years and has two children.
