Three Regional Presidents have been appointed at Time Warner Cable’s New York City Region, all reporting to Howard Szarfarc, Executive Vice President:
Jeffrey Hirsch has been named Regional President, Residential Services. In this capacity, Mr. Hirsch oversees Customer Support, Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing for the company, which serves 1.4 million homes in the New York City area. Previously, Mr. Hirsch held leadership roles with Time Warner Cable, most recently as President of the Los Angeles Metro division, President of the company’s Rochester, New York division, and Vice President and General Manager of the South Carolina system. Mr. Hirsch’s professional experience includes contributions to NYNEX Corporation, where he was responsible for development and implementation of product bundling programs and at McCann-Erickson where he developed advertising programs.
Ken Fitzpatrick has been named Regional President, Commercial Services, overseeing Business Class Customer Support, Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing for the Region. Mr. Fitzpatrick and his team provide data, voice, video and security products to businesses in the New York City Metropolitan area. Previously, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Services for Time Warner Cable’s corporate office. Prior to this, he held the position of President of Teligent, a telecommunications company, where he was responsible for operations in 14 eastern states. Mr. Fitzpatrick has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
James Manchester has been appointed Regional President, Network Operations & Engineering. Mr. Manchester and his team provide the technology foundation for customer service, field operations and marketing groups within the residential and commercial businesses. Prior to his current position, Mr. Manchester spent five years with the Albany Division in the Northeast Region as Vice President of Engineering and MIS/IT. Earlier, Mr. Manchester served in numerous leadership positions with Bellcore, Bell Labs and Tellium.
