Time Warner Cable’s Road Runner Web site,, showcases theory behind Signal Quilts

Time Warner Cable Mid-Ohio Division’s Road Runner Web site,, currently features Signal Quilts: A Secret Code?  The video was produced by Time Warner Cable’s Digital Production Services team in recognition of Black History Month.
