Time Warner Cable Expanding Direct Sales Workforce in Columbus, Delaware and Marysville Ohio Markets

Time Warner Cable is looking to hire more than 20 employees for full-time direct sales positions in the Columbus, Delaware and Marysville, Ohio markets.

“We are looking to grow our direct sales workforce in the Northwest Ohio market to meet our customers’ needs,” said Scott Collins, Director of Direct Sales at Time Warner Cable. “These positions have considerable earning potential, great benefits and opportunities for career growth.”

Company representatives will be on hand to interview qualified candidates for sales positions on Thurs., Dec. 4 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 1015 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43212. Time Warner Cable will not be available to meet with applicants who arrive at different dates or times then specified.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training prior to making the decision to apply for the position online. Those wanting to move forward will participate in a 10-minute speed interview. Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be invited for a final interview within 48 hours of the event.

Direct sales representatives will be responsible for cable, internet, and phone sales to new customers. This will include contractual sales, collecting money, and installation of equipment as needed. Representatives must be willing to travel and interact with customers on a face-to-face basis.

These positions have considerable earning potential, great benefits and opportunities for career growth. Average sales representatives make $40,000-$60,000 with top performers earning $80-100,000.
