Time Warner Cable Expanding Direct Sales Workforce in Louisville, KY Market

Time Warner Cable is looking to hire 30 new full time direct sales professionals for the Louisville, Kentucky market.

“We are looking to grow our direct sales workforce in the Louisville market to meet our customers’ needs,” said Kelly Meixner, Director of Direct Sales at Time Warner Cable. “These positions have considerable earnings potential, great benefits and opportunities for career growth.”

Company representatives will be on hand to interview qualified candidates for sales positions on Thurs., Nov. 6 at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. at 5111 Commerce Crossings Drive, Suite 205, in  Louisville. Time Warner Cable will meet with individuals outside of these times by appointment only.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training prior to making the decision to apply for the position online. Facilities to apply on-the-spot will be made available. Those wanting to move forward will participate in a 10-minute speed interview. Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be given the opportunity for a complete interview the same day. If preferred, the candidate will be eligible for a final interview within 48 hours of the event.

Direct sales representatives will be responsible for cable, internet, and phone sales to new and existing customers. This will include contractual sales, collecting money, and installation of equipment as needed. Representatives must be willing to travel and interact with customers on a face-to-face basis.

These positions have considerable earning potential, great benefits and opportunities for career growth. Average sales representatives make $40,000-$60,000 with top performers earning $80-100,000.
