Time Warner Cable Expanding Customer Service and Technical Support Workforce by More Than 50 in Kansas City, MO Market

Kansas City, MO (April 25, 2016) – Time Warner Cable is looking to expand its customer service and technical support workforce by more than 50 employees in the Kansas City, Mo. market.

Company representatives will be on hand to interview qualified candidates for positions on Wednesday, April 27 from 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., at 6550 Winchester Ave, in Kansas City. Time Warner Cable will not be available to meet with applicants who arrive at different dates or times then specified.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet customer care and tech support leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. Those wanting to move forward may have to come back for a face-to-face final interview.

Customer service representatives will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.

Technical support representatives perform Tier III technical support on all TWC core products including, but not limited to, digital cable, residential HSD and digital phone. Technical support representatives escalate issues to the next level of support, according to the escalation matrix.
