Time Warner Cable Hiring 20 Residential Tech Representatives in North Canton, OH

North Canton, OH (March 7, 2016) – Time Warner Cable today announced it is looking to fill more than 20 residential support representative positions in North Canton, Ohio.

A job fair will take place on Wednesday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at 5520 Whipple Avenue NW, in North Canton.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. Those wanting to move forward may have to come back for a face-to-face final interview.

Residential technical representatives perform Tier III technical support on all TWC core products including, but not limited to, digital cable, residential HSD and digital phone. Technical support representatives escalate issues to the next level of support, according to the escalation matrix.
