Time Warner Cable Hosting Job Fair for Customer Service and Tech Support Positions in Blue Ash

BLUE ASH, OH (DECEMBER 1, 2015) – Time Warner Cable is hosting a customer service and technical support job fair to fill more than 40 open positons at its Blue Ash, Ohio operations in the next month.

“We are looking to fill a number of full-time customer service positions in our Blue Ash office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said Kathy Chamberlain, Area Vice President at Time Warner Cable. “With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers.”

The job fair will take place on Wednesday, December 2, from 10 AM - 3 PM at Time Warner Cable Call Center, 11325 Reed Hartman Hwy., Suite 110, in Cincinnati.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. Those wanting to move forward may have to come back for a face-to-face final interview.

Customer service representative will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.

Technical support representatives will provide residential customers with high-level, advanced technical support specifically for Time Warner Cable data, video and voice products. This position responds to and resolves individual service issues and proactively identifies and responds to network problems and service stability concerns. This position proactively utilizes all diagnostic and monitoring tools available to ensure uninterrupted service for all customers.
