Appleton, WI (January 13, 2015) – Due to continued growth, Time Warner Cable is looking to add 40 part-time customer service positions at its Appleton, WI Operations.

Customer service representative will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of three months in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.
