Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer care residential tier 3 technical support workforce by more than 30 at its North Canton, Ohio operations. These positions will primarily support TWC’s residential data and voice customer base.
“We are looking to fill a number of full-time positions in our North Canton office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said Kathy Chamberlain, Regional Vice President of Customer Care at Time Warner Cable. “With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers.”

The hiring event will take place Tuesday the 29th of April at the Time Warner Cable office located at 5520 Whipple Ave. NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720. Applicants will be interviewed between 10:00 a.m – 1:00p.m, or from 3:00p.m -7:00p.m.
During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet technical support leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about job responsibilities, work hours, compensation with commission and bonus potential, and training.
Residential Tier 3 Technical Support representatives will assist residential customers throughout the Midwest with all aspects of data and voice repair, video support, matching our products and services with customer interests, and other common customer care inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of 2-3 years in the customer service field; troubleshooting, technical skills, and good communication skills are all necessary.
