Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its inbound sales workforce by more than 130 at its Columbus, Ohio operations in 2015.
“This year alone we created more than 200 inbound sales jobs, so we look forward to continuing the momentum next year,” said Joe Pearson, Senior Director of Telesales at Time Warner Cable. “This increase in our local workforce for 2015 represents our latest investment in the tools and technologies that will help improve our customers' experience with us.”

A hiring event will take place Wed., Dec. 17 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at 1015 Olentangy River Road, in Columbus, to begin scouting potential candidates for the new positions.
During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, training, and job responsibilities. Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be invited for a final interview.
Inbound sales representatives are responsible for selling residential cable, internet, home phone, and home management/security services. This position is required to sell, transfer, provide information, and offer assistance on all aspects of cable services to potential and current customers by telephone.
