Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service workforce by more than 30 at its Canton, Ohio operations.
“As we begin 2014, we are looking to fill a number of full-time positions in our Canton office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said Kathy Chamberlain, Regional Vice President of Customer Care at Time Warner Cable. “With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers.”

The hiring event will take place Friday, January 10 from 9 a.m.to 2 p.m. at The Employment Source, 822 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709.
During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training.
Customer service representative will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of 2-3 years in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.
