Zanesville, OH (July 5, 2016) – Time Warner Cable is looking to fill 40 customer jobs at its call center in Zanesville, Ohio. TWC currently employees 400 employees at its Northpointe location.
Interviews will take place Thursday, July 7, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 3940 Northpointe Drive, in Zanesville.
During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet with customer care leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. If candidates meet the qualifications and are interested in pursuing a career with TWC, face-to-face interviews will be conducted at the event.
Customer service representative will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service, proven sales, and effective computer/communication skills.
