Time Warner Cable Business Class Employees Star in “Service By the Numbers” Campaign

New York – Jan. 26, 2016Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) has launched new advertising that features employees who tell the story of how the service provider helps to power small business success. The effort, titled “Service By the Numbers,” is part of the company’s continuing “Business By the Numbers” marketing campaign.

Creatively weaving in numbers that demonstrate TWCBC’s strength – 700,000 customers, 99.9 percent network reliability, plus the support of Time Warner Cable’s 55,000 employees – Breana Venable, Amina Campbell-Barrow and Mark Frasher, all TWCBC employees, add commentary to describe what happens behind-the-scenes to make it all possible.

Venable, a customer service representative from Charlotte, N.C., describes TWCBC’s robust, coast-to-coast network and 30 day, money-back guarantee.

Campbell-Barrow, a billing supervisor from Charlotte, N.C., explains how the thousands of employees play a vital role, and a hard-working team provides 24/7 customer support.

Frasher, an operations manager from Cerritos, Calif., touts how TWCBC delivers peace-of-mind by providing highly-reliable services, as well as flexible options, like the range of Internet bundles to match various business needs.
