Entourage Mail Client Setup | Time Warner Cable

  1. Select Account Settings in the Entourage dropdown.

  2. Select Mail in the New dropdown.

  3. Enter your email address and then click the right arrow button.

  4. Click the right arrow button again if automatic configuration fails.

  5. Enter Your name, Email address, Account ID, and Password.

  6. Enter your server settings:

  7. POP settings:

    Account Type: POP or POP3
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
    Incoming Server - POP3 port: 110
    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
    Outgoing Server - SMTP port: 587
    Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address
    johndoe@[division].rr.com
    johndoe@roadrunner.com
    johndoe@twc.com
    Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail)
    SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

  8. IMAP settings:

    Account Type: IMAP
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
    Incoming Server –IMAP port: 143
    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
    Outgoing Server – SMTP port: 587
    Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address
    johndoe@[division].rr.com
    johndoe@roadrunner.com
    johndoe@twc.com).
    Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail)
    SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

  9. Click Verify My Settings to ensure your settings are correct.

  10. When the verification is complete, click the right arrow button.

  11. Enter an Account name to display in Entourage and click Finish.

  12. To check for new mail, select Send & Receive All or your TWC Mail in the Send & Receive dropdown.

  13. To edit your account settings, select Account Settings in the Entourage dropdown.

  14. Select your TWC Mail account and then click Edit.

  15. Click the Account Settings tab to edit your server settings.
