TWC ID Registration

Getting started

  1. When you create your own TWC ID, you can pay your bill and manage your TV, Internet and Phone services with My Account. You'll also have access to Community Forums, WiFi hotspots, and the My TWC® app. Plus, you can watch your favorite shows on Spectrum TV and partner sites, including, ESPN, HBO GO® and MAX GO®.

  1. Go to to begin the registration process.


  1. Enter your ZIP Code and the phone number associated to your Spectrum account.
  2. Click Continue.
    Note: There are three potential errors that can occur at this point in the process. Below are tips to help you if you see one of these error messages.
    Error 1: The ZIP Code and phone number you entered resulted in no matches being found.
    Tip: Please be sure the number you are entering is the phone number associated to your Spectrum account. You will be presented with the option to enter your phone number again or to enter your account number to continue.
    Error 2: The phone number you entered resulted in matches to multiple active accounts.
    Tip: You will need to enter you account number to continue.
    Error 3: A TWC ID already exists for this account.
    Tip: You would receive this message if someone else in your home already registered or if you previously registered through one of our other online services. You will be unable to continue. If you are the primary account holder and have not registered for a TWC ID, please contact us.
  1. Note that this step is skipped if you are registering from home.
  2. Select an option from the dropdown to verify your personal information. Which options appear are based on information we have on record for your account. You may have the choice of any or all of the following:
    Customer Code (also known as Security Code)
    Last 4 digits of Bank Account
    Last 4 digits of Credit Card
    Last 4 digits of Driver's License
    Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
    Date of Birth
    Last Amount Paid
    Account PIN
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Provide the information that correlates to the option you selected.
  5. Click Continue.
  1. Enter an email address where your confirmation and any account-related information or newsletters that you select will be sent.
  2. Click "Use email as username" box if you wish to have your email address also be your username. Note: this is optional.
  3. Create your username (if you didn't opt to use your email address) and password. (Guidelines for usernames and passwords can be viewed by clicking the question mark icon to the right of the respective field.)
  4. At the bottom of the page, click Terms of Use to view Terms & Conditions, Rules of Conduct and Ownership of Site Content and Submissions.
  5. Click the box to accept the Terms of Use.
  6. Click Continue.
  1. Choose two security questions and provide answers. (Guidelines for security answers can be viewed by clicking the question mark icon to the right of the field.)
    We will use your security questions to verify your account if you ever have an issue signing in, such as instances of a forgotten username or password.
  2. Click Complete Registration.
