Manage your appointments using My Account and My TWC®

You can view, reschedule or cancel many of your appointments within My Account on the My Account tab. Sign into My Account using your TWC ID and go to My Appointments.

You can also manage your appointments by using the My TWC® app. You can download the My TWC® app for your Android OS device on Google Play or for your iOS device from the App Store.

Hawaii customers: You can view your upcoming appointments, including the date, arrival time and a description for the appointment within My Account on the My Account tab. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us. Automated phone self-help is available to quickly change or cancel your appointments.

  1. Log in to My Account using your TWC ID.
  2. In the My Account tab, go to My Appointments.
  3. Select Reschedule for the appointment you would like to reschedule.
  4. Select a date and time on the calendar that works for you.
  5. Select Reschedule Appointment and a confirmation message will be displayed indicating the appointment was successfully rescheduled.

 

Note: Only appointments for service issues may be cancelled through My Account.

  1. Sign into My Account using your TWC ID.
  2. In the My Account tab, go to My Appointments.
  3. Select Cancel Appointment for the appointment you no longer want to keep.
  4. On the confirmations screen, select Cancel Appointment.
  5. A confirmation message will be displayed indicating the appointment was successfully cancelled.

Note: Only appointments for service issues may be cancelled through My TWC®.

  1. Log in to My TWC® on an Android or iOS device using your TWC ID/password.
  2. If you have an appointment, you will see an indicator in the Appointments tile on the home screen.
  3. Tap on Appointments.
  4. You will see the appointment information.
  5. If you need to reschedule, tap on the Reschedule button, pick an available time, and submit.
  6. If you want to cancel the appointment, tap on the Cancel button and confirm.

 

Note: The Arrival Time is the time window when you should expect us to arrive at your home to begin work. Your appointment duration may vary depending on the services being installed or repaired.
