How can I find out if I already have a TWC ID?

On the My Account homepage, click Forgot username?

Enter your email address and click Submit.

If you have a TWC ID, your username will appear on the next screen.

Otherwise, you will get an error stating “we couldn't find an account for that email address".

Note: If your email address is associated with more than one TWC ID, you will need to contact us at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) to obtain this information.
