What is seasonal status and how do I get it?

Seasonal status* allows you to make your account dormant for a nominal fee without canceling your service. Seasonal Status allows you to keep your same phone number, email address, DVR recordings, Set-Top Box, modem and other equipment while you are away from your residence. On your scheduled return date, your TV, Internet and Phone services will resume without needing to schedule a new installation or service call.

Place your account into seasonal status for a minimum of 2 months and maximum of 6-9 months (based on your area). A monthly fee for each service placed into seasonal status applies.

Please note that certain products, promotions or prices may change while you are on the Seasonal Plan and in those cases your current pre-seasonal options may not be able to be restored to your account upon your return.
