What is the My Move® Box?


The My Move® Box is available when you are moving to another serviceable address and will be taking your equipment with you to the new address.

Here are some guidelines for using the My Move® Box:

  • Place up to three of your TV Set-Top Boxes into each moving box.
  • Place any Internet modems and/or phone equipment in the box as well.
  • Remember to pack your remotes and power cords.
  • The equipment is fragile. Please handle with care.
  • On the day of your reconnect appointment at your new address, place the box with your equipment in a location that's easily accessible.

Note: Do not stack other heavy boxes on top of your My Move® Box.
