How can I get support through the My Spectrum app?


The My Spectrum app helps you find information on changes of address and lets you access your Terms & Conditions documents and more. You can also contact us.

To access support information, tap the Support icon at the bottom of your screen. There, you’ll be able to access support articles, view your channel lineup, learn how to program your remote, get a quick tutorial on the My Spectrum app, access our store locator, contact us and view terms and conditions.
