If you have Spectrum Internet, Voice or TV services, you can view your equipment status and troubleshoot issues using the Services tab in the app.
You can select a piece of equipment to view details. If you're having trouble, select Experiencing Issues?
Here, you'll see if you're having connection issues and you can select the Troubleshoot button. You'll be guided through the troubleshooting process and you'll be able to see if your equipment was reset. If this didn't resolve the issue, contact us.
If you own your own Voice or Internet equipment, you'll be guided through the manual reset process.
