How do I stop receiving my paper bill statement each month?


You may enroll in paperless billing at any time within My Account or using the My TWC® Mobile app.

My Account:

  1. Sign into My Account with your TWC ID
  2. On the Overview tab in the Billing section select Statement Preferences
  3. Click inside the I want to receive paperless statements checkbox
  4. Confirm your decision to go paperless by clicking the link Yes, I want to go paperless.
  5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit
     

My TWC® Mobile app:

  1. Download the My TWC® Mobile app (iOS, Android™)
  2. Sign in with your TWC ID
  3. Click on the Billing icon
  4. Tab on Paperless Billing Sign Up
  5. Select Yes, go paperless
  6. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit
  7. Confirmation screen displays "thank you for going paperless" message
     

Note: To view your bill statements online you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have it, you may download Adobe Reader for free.
