I didn't enter my Customer Code (also known as Security Code) during registration. Will I be able to enter it later?

Yes, you can enter your Customer Code (also known as Security Code) at any time.

You will be able to login to your account but access to some features will be restricted, such as edit phone settings, manage voicemail, view call history, view your monthly statement and go paperless. Once you login you will be reminded to verify your account to access all of the features in My Account.

Your Customer Code can be located on your monthly TWC statement or by calling us from a phone to which we provide service.
