What features can I access after I enter my Customer Code (also known as Security Code)?

After you provide your Customer Code (also know as Security Code), you will have unlimited access to My Account, including these features:

Overview tab – view and pay your bill, manage appointments and view current services and equipment.

My Profile tab – edit your profile and manage users.

My TV tab – View TV listings and featured On Demand programming.

My Internet tab – view usage details, take a speed test, view subscriber benefits and view primary email address.

My Phone tab - view outbound call history and access VoiceZone® to manage phone settings.
