I have Limited access to My Account. What features will I be able to see?

If you don’t provide your 4-digit Customer Code (4-digit Security Code) when you register, you will have limited access to My Account - that is, you can log in, but you won't see everything a verified user can see. With limited access, you can get to:

Overview tab – View your account balance, manage appointments and view current services and equipment.

My Profile tab – edit your profile and manage users.

My TV tab – View TV listings and featured On Demand programming.

My Internet tab – view usage details, view subscriber benefits and view primary email address.

Chat – Get live help from a representative.
