Does the Activate and Troubleshoot Services module inform me if I am part of an outage?

Yes, when you open the Troubleshoot tab you’ll be alerted if there is a reported or possible outage in your area. If you receive an outage alert, Time Warner Cable is already aware of the outage in your area and there is no need to call us to report it. Most outages are resolved within 90 minutes.
