Go to the billing screen on the My TWC® app and tap the row for paperless billing. You may now choose to enroll in paperless billing.
By enrolling in paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email from Spectrum when your statement is ready to view on both the My TWC® app and in My Account.
If you would like to return to receiving paper statements in the mail, you may do so using My Account.
Note: We’re currently working to make the new My Spectrum app available to customers in the former Time Warner Cable service area. For now, continue to use the My TWC® app. When the new My Spectrum app is ready, you’ll get an onscreen notice when you sign in.
