Under the Services and Troubleshooting tab, tap the Check Equipment Status button. The app will update with a report on all of your services, and diagnose the issue.
Once you receive the report on your services you can use My TWC to further troubleshoot your system.
Note: We’re currently working to make the new My Spectrum app available to customers in the former Time Warner Cable service area. For now, continue to use the My TWC® app. When the new My Spectrum app is ready, you’ll get an onscreen notice when you sign in.
