How can I troubleshoot my equipment in the My TWC® app?

Under the Services and Troubleshooting tab, tap the Check Equipment Status button. The app will update with a report on all of your services, and diagnose the issue.

Once you receive the report on your services you can use My TWC to further troubleshoot your system.

My Spectrum appNote: We’re currently working to make the new My Spectrum app available to customers in the former Time Warner Cable service area. For now, continue to use the My TWC® app. When the new My Spectrum app is ready, you’ll get an onscreen notice when you sign in.
