What assistance do you provide to those customers who are visually impaired?


Upon request, we provide the following services:

  • Billing statements in Braille or in large font.
  • Customer Service Representatives are available to read billing statements to you.
  • Braille channel lineups.
  • Large button remotes.
  • If a disability makes it difficult for you to use a telephone directory, you may qualify for free use of 411 directory assistance.
  • Service dogs are allowed at all payment and retail centers.
  • Coming soon is full compatibility of all our websites with reader software, so that you can access all information available on our websites.
