How do I qualify for a reward card and when do I get it?

You are eligible for a reward card when you:

  • Sign up for a qualifying package
  • Have services installed
  • Keep the package for at least 90 days
  • Maintain up-to-date payments and not have a past due balance on your account

Within two weeks of installation, you’ll receive a redemption code that can be used to register for your reward within 30 days of your installation date. Register at, and 4-6 weeks after the 90-day waiting period we will send you your reward card.
