How do I know if I'm eligible for Seasonal status?


Seasonal status is available to existing customers in good standing, including Spectrum Internet Assist and Earthlink customers. You can only place your account in Seasonal status once annually.

Services included in Spectrum Community Solutions accounts aren't eligible for Seasonal status.

Also, California LifeLine Voice customers aren't eligible for Seasonal status. If necessary, California LifeLine customers can disconnect their Voice service if they place their TV or Internet services on Seasonal status and then reapply for California LifeLine when they return.
