How can I tell whether batteries in my IntelligentHome security sensors need to be replaced?


If a battery for a sensor is low, a message is displayed on your TouchScreen. Sensor batteries must be replaced by a technician.

You can, however, replace the batteries in your thermostat. A low battery indicator Low Battery Indicator is displayed on your thermostat when the batteries are low.

If a battery for a sensor dies, the system no longer recognizes that equipment. To ensure that your home is secure, call 1-855-892-4444 to schedule an appointment whenever you see that you have a low battery.
