How do I get my sensor batteries replaced?

You’ll receive an email or text notification if your IntelligentHome system detects a low sensor battery.

If, after you receive the initial notification, the system detects the battery is still low, we’ll place an order to ship you a battery replacement kit with instructions on how to change the sensor batteries yourself.

Note: If you’re unable to change the sensor batteries yourself, a Spectrum technician can replace them for an additional charge. Contact us to set up an appointment with a technician.
