I updated the IntelligentHome app, and now I can’t sign in.


When you updated the IntelligentHome app, your sign-in settings and stored password may not have carried over to the new version of the app.

To reset your IntelligentHome password:

  1. Go to the Subscriber Portal Sign-In page.
  2. Click the Password link in “Forgot your Username or Password?”
  3. Enter your Username and select Submit. An email is sent your your email address.
  4. Copy and paste the URL in the email into your browser and press Enter.
  5. Enter the Street Number of your physical address.
  6. Enter your four-digit Master Code.
  7. Enter your New Password.
  8. Enter it again in the Confirm New Password text box.
  9. Select Submit.

To manage your Sign-In Settings:

You have options for how you sign in from your mobile device. You can:

  • Opt to remain signed in so that you don't have to enter a password each time you open the app. You have this option for each device on which the app is installed.
  • Enable PIN sign in. When you do so, you create a four-digit PIN that you use to sign into the app.
    • The PIN is not the same thing as the keypad code you use to arm and disarm your system.
    • The PIN is unique to the device on which you created it. You can create a separate PIN for each of your devices.
To remain signed in:
  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select System Settings.
  4. For Keep Me Signed In, select Enable.
To enable PIN Sign In:
  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select System Settings.
  4. For PIN Sign In, select Enable Button.
  5. Enter a four-digit PIN.
  6. Enter the PIN again to confirm it.
