Due to an increased focus on security, we have enacted several policies that will help increase the security of your email. First, we are updating our password standards to allow special characters. In addition, we are limiting access to Spectrum email based on IP address and location. If you have a weak password, we'll send you a message recommending that you reset your password. We recommend that you do not use previous passwords.
Finally, mailboxes that have not set up email forwarding and have not been accessed in more than 12 months will have their passwords reset. This reset will have no impact on other services (such as TV Everywhere, WiFi Hotspots, Desktop Security, etc.)
