Why aren’t my devices connecting to my In-home WiFi anymore?


If you’ve recently installed a new Wireless Gateway, your devices are likely using the settings from your previous equipment. Try the following methods to get your devices to connect:

  • If you still know your previous WiFi network name and password, use the steps above to change your current network name and password. If you don’t remember your previous WiFi network name and password, you can find them on the sticker attached to your old Wireless Gateway.
  • If you can’t access your previous WiFi network name and password, you will likely need to update each of your devices with the new network information in order to connect to your In-home WiFi.
