Why don’t I have IPv6 yet?


IPv6 has been enabled on 100% of our cable Internet network.

If you don't have IPv6 yet, it may be because you have an older Modem or one with new firmware expected. If you would like to upgrade your modem, contact us.

All new leased modems and any new modem compatible for our Internet service supports IPV6 unless otherwise noted in our Compatible Modems for Purchase in Retail list.
