What is Time Warner Cable's policy on blocking customer access to Internet sites or email messages?

Generally, Time Warner Cable does not block, limit or otherwise restrict customer access to any particular Internet site or email message. However, we do maintain this right to restrict a customer's access to the Internet and/or the ability to send and receive email messages, if, in our judgment, such access infringes upon the terms of Time Warner Cable's Acceptable Use Policy.
