Why can’t I connect to a TWC WiFi® Hotspot?

TWC WiFi® Hotspots may not be available in your area, or your account may already be accessing a TWC WiFi® Hotspot from two devices. To fix this problem, sign out from at least one of the connected devices and try again. Then, if you’re still having trouble, call our customer support line at 1-888-851-9350.
