How is Phone billed? Separately or with my other services?


You will receive a single bill. Phone will appear as a line item on your monthly statement. Additional charges for any outbound calls made to international locations, Directory Assistance and Operator Services will appear on separate lines on the same bill. One of the nicer benefits of our Phone service is the convenience of receiving one bill for all your services.

You can view a breakdown of your phone charges online by going to My Account and selecting a statement from the View Statement area.
