Why am I still receiving bills from my former phone company?

One possible explanation is that you switched your phone service in the middle of a billing cycle with your former phone company, which is billing you for the days in that cycle that you still had service.

Another possible reason is that we provided you with a new telephone number and you failed to contact your former telephone company to cancel your services. If you got a new number when you signed up for Phone service with us and have not yet called your former phone company to cancel service, you may be receiving bills from them because they still consider you an active customer.
