How do I apply for the California LifeLine Phone Credit?

Call us at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328). You must first subscribe to our Phone services, and then request that we initiate the California LifeLine Application process. We will review the eligibility rules with you. If you meet the eligibility criteria, We will then notify the California Lifeline Administrator (CLA). The CLA will send you an application in a PINK envelope. You will have the option of completing the application online or returning it to the CLA in the mail.

Note: At this time, Time Warner Cable offers the Lifeline Phone Credit program in California and New York only.
