What happens at the end of the eligibility period?

Every customer enrolled in the California LifeLine Phone Credit program must confirm his or her continued eligibility with the California LifeLine Administrator in accordance with the applicable requirements. The California LifeLine Administrator will mail each participant a renewal form. You must complete the form and return it per the instructions on the form. You will receive a letter confirming your renewal or your disqualification.

Note: At this time, Time Warner Cable offers the Lifeline Phone Credit program in California and New York only.
