You can access your Call History/Call Detail online from the My Phone tab of My Account or by going to the Call Overview page. A TWC Representative is also able to mail a copy of your call history/call detail to your home address upon request*. Up to 3 months of calling history is available. In order to have a copy mailed to you, you will be required to provide your Customer Code (also known as Security Code), which is found on your bill statement.
Note: Online Call History is updated regularly throughout the day. However, there is “lag” time between when a call is placed and when information for that call is available on the website.
