Do I need to be home for the installation of Phone service?

Yes. You or an adult (18 or older) designated representative must be present for our technician to complete your installation and test your service.

If you cannot be home for your installation appointment, you may designate an adult (age 18 or older) friend or family member to act on your behalf. The individual you designate will be responsible for approving the installation of our Phone service and signing the Subscriber Agreement and other important documents.

If you are unable to find someone to act on your behalf, contact us to reschedule the appointment. Note: It is important that you do this a minimum of two business days in advance as failure to provide adequate notice could result in temporary loss of telephone service.

If you did miss your appointment and your phone service is interrupted, contact us so we can reschedule your appointment and restore your service.
