Can I receive the Lifeline Phone Credit on more than one phone number or account?


No. Based on Federal regulations, the Lifeline Phone Credit is only available for one phone line per household. For the purposes of Lifeline Phone Credit, a household is defined as any individual or group of individuals who live together at the same address and share income and expenses.

Note: At this time, Time Warner Cable offers the Lifeline Phone Credit program in California and New York only.
